On Arrival

When you arrive at your destination, our job isn't over. With just one call to your northAmerican International representative, you'll receive prompt answers to your questions, as well as the latest information about your shipment.

We're there for you when you need us most. We’ll be in touch with your move every step of the way, from start to finish.

When you arrive, remember to…

  • Register with the nearest consulate
  • Contact your northAmerican International overseas representative so we’ll know how to stay in touch with you at your destination

When Your Goods are Delivered

To assure that everything has arrived when your shipment is delivered, carefully check off each item from the inventory sheet. If there are any discrepancies, please notify your northAmerican International representative immediately.

Once your shipment arrives, our staff will reassemble any items that were disassembled at origin. And to help alleviate the stress of moving in, your representative can unpack as much or as little as you prefer. In the unlikely event of damage, be sure to note it on the inventory and report it to your overseas representative right away.

Note: Carefully sort through empty packing material and cartons to be sure small parts do not get discarded.
