The entire process and the customer service agent who was the dispatcher of the delivery was great along with helpful. The dispatcher was a big part of my move. The driver had great customer service, the rep. over the phone was very courteous and the crew was professional. I felt safer with North American Vanlines because they have been in business for many years. I was satisfied with the overall move. The service was great. The communications rep explained the process from beginning to end. The delivery driver was excellent. The loaders/ unloaders did an outstanding job. I was pretty satisfied with the overall move. The only thing was off was the local company didn't come out to stabilize the washer during the delivery. Deflated the air beds. I like the way I was taken care of during the entire move the communication was great and everyone did a great job. I ordered it across the country and it came pretty fast; the truck could be tracked online, that's all. I requested for my things to be delivered on Saturday or Monday. The rep asked could we deliver Sunday, got nasty & told me to read my contract. Bill and Paul were great and helpful. Everything went very smoothly. The way the television was packed it must've damaged my television, but the movers didn't drop it. The overall srvc was good. Everything was handled and met more then I anticipated or expected. The team was diligent and communicated well.
