I gave 5 on everything else, so that's what Influenced my rating. I am suspicious that one of the workers walked off with one of my screw drivers, a very expensive one. The driver was very concerned, nice, polite and a hard worker. The coordinator was patient, and concerned. The coordinator told me everything I needed to know before I even asked about anything. I had a really small load and it's always hard to find someone to do. They were corporative and helpful. They also had the best price. The driver had great customer service, the rep. over the phone was very courteous and the crew was professional. The rep who came to the house was extremely thorough and available. The crew was available and accomodating to our needs. The service was great. The communications rep explained the process from beginning to end. The delivery driver was excellent. The loaders/ unloaders did an outstanding job. The people who packed and unpacked and the person who I called to schedule everything, did a good job. My sister used NAVL and nobody called her. I had a good experience with North American. One driver did the packing and his name was Frank. The driver was very good. The overall experience when I first called in. I was kept informed about everything. I was looking for a specific item and the crew checked to make sure it was there. The professionalism of ppl who picked up & dropped off. The driver and crew were on time, professional, very nice ppl.
