The overall moving process influenced my rating. Out of the 3 companies I've used over the past 15 years, North American is the best. The crew worked very careful and they took extra careful of the items. My wife was very happy and that was a good thing. The overall work ethic & the care that was being taken in moving me is what most influenced my rating. The driver was amazing, talked to us from Iowa, was completely professional, on time, maintained a professional mode regardless of what troubles were happening in Iowa to the driver's home. We previously used North American Van Lines, and it was excellent service then as well. We knew what we were getting into. North American handles your home with extreme care. The way our items were packed was good and the move process was quick. The whole move process was better than any other moving companies we dealt with. North American answered all the questions and the driver was courteous.There was no lack of communication. The did what they said and the estimate was higher than the actual cost and they will be issuing me a credit. The crew was very careful in the old and new house. The crew also treated the items with care and respect. I was very happy. I have boxes that could be recycled. The move was timely and efficient the only thing was where I moved from the truck was a little big and it was difficult for the movers to get things out, there should have been a smaller truck.
