Just b/c everything seemed to work out fine. Everything was packed in a good manner, except one item was broken. Because the ppl promised certain dates and came at the promised dates. And the customer service was excellent. My rating was influenced because of the good service that I received and the local operator in Lexington, Kentucky named Saunier, was very nice and did a very good job. I have moved several times in the past with my job and North American has always been great during each move. We've used North American on different occasions & they've been good each time. I appreciate the relationship North American has w/ my seminary. The overall experience was well done. The overall experience was very very positive compared to other moves that I've had. The customer srvc & how good they did. Wasn't first cross country move. Other moves with difft company were bad but this move was awesome. North American put back together furniture and did very well. I was very satisfied with the overall process. I would like to especially thank the driver who delivered my merchandise, the driver was extremely helpful and professional. The crew did a good job and they were on time. Everything was in the condition they found it in, they didn't break anything in the process. The actual people that were involved with the delivery. All the people including packers, loaders, and unloaders.
