The driver was the best driver I ever had. The driver was very professional, nice and good at the job. I received a shipment that's been in storage for 21 years and it came back spotless. I'd recommend them to anyone. The drivers Mannie and Eugene were excellent. Mannie was very accommodating and Eugene did everything. Mannie hired a local person, they wer They were prompt and they moved everything better than I would have. They were nice and friendly. I would not have cared about the stuff the way that they did. It was just how the crew stayed in contact with us during the whole process. The crew was professional. The 3rd party that did the disassembling at the loading site I was not satisfied with at all. The party that did the assembly at the final destination The crew was very friendly and careful. They communicated well. We didn't have any worries about anything. Darrell, Nate, Tom and Christine all did a good job and we enjoyed working with them. This is based on the personal service, and I feel that the crew who packed and loaded our items took extreme care of our things. I was very satisfied with the move, and the communication they had with me and even the explanation of the whole process. The pricing was good. The customer service was excellent, they communicated well, explained things and did everything they said. The driver was just great. He packed, drove and unpacked. So was the rep who quoted, he was really great. Everyone was really great. Everyone was very friendly, careful, and they asked me questions before they did anything to make sure it was what I wanted.
