The price, the promptness, and the professionalism that was displayed, most influenced my rating. There were 2 pick-ups and 2 drop-offs. All these things had to be coordinated, and this was all handled professionally.

My daughter & I are moving to Louisiana we have their # & name. It is a real joy to work with people who have good communication, who make everything smooth & who follow up with us all the time. I had inform the driver & his crew to be very careful with the furniture since my husband built it himself & he is no longer with us. They were fabulous, very skilled & professional.

Just how wonderful the crew was. They were extremely friendly, took extreme care and made sure I was happy before they left.

They were very professional and clear in the communication. The amount of service provided was awesome. The driver Chief, and Shannon the Assistant was extremely good. The driver took care of all my goods very very well.

It was just the care that the gentlemen had, especially considering that my wife was pregnant. The driver and the mover showed great care.

THE OVERALL FEELING OF BEING IMPORTANT AND THE DRIVER AND PERSONEL BEING EXPEDIOSIOUS FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING. THE PAPER THAT WAS USED TO WRAP THE POSSESIONS WAS WAXY AND WAS TRANSFERED TO THE POSSESIONS.

They were very nice & professional. They did what they said they were going to do, I liked them very much.

WHAT MOST INFLUENCED MY RATING, THEY WERE THERE PROMPTLY, PACKED EVERYTHING PROFESSIONALLY AND PUT ALL FURNITURE BACK TOGETHER. JOHN WAS VERY NICE AND DID A VERY NICE JOB LOADING. I GAVE MY PHONE NUMBER TO 2 DIFFERENT PPL THERE. OTHERWISE WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN REACHED, BECAUSE ONLY ONE NUMBER WAS CALLED.

The driver and the crew overall were wonderful. I think that North American Van lines should give the crews water or coolers. The team worked hard and really sweated .

I think everything was done to our satisfaction, other than the billing issue. I am waiting on a credit.

Overall, I have used North American four times and all four times, I have been satisfied with the service. Also, the driver was very good.

Because of the delay which messed up the plans to leave for Florida. It caused the buyers to leave their stuff on the truck overnight. It took 8 hours to load the van they left at 9pm. I was shocked it took so long. As a result the ppl that bought the house had to delay their delivery until the next day.

I really liked Ramone, he was part of the pick up and drop off crew. He was just really helpful and remembered stuff.

The crew was professional and nice. They stayed around until I was satisfied and made certain that I was comfortable before leaving.

Everyone was terrific in getting me moved. I really appreciated what everyone did in taking care of my family and our belongings.

I really liked the guys who unloaded my stuff. They were very careful and considerate. I saw a difference between the people at Phoenix vs the people who unloaded my stuff in Ohio.

The personality of the movers was good. The movers worked well. The pricing was the best. I liked them a lot. The move was very good. I have moved many times b/f. I was pleased w/the service I got. This was the best moving experience I ever had. We will be using them again in the future. Ms. Pollard was good.

The service, particularly mike and his crew. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

The caliber of the people that we dealt with was very high. They were experienced. The coordinator was very nice. She even sent me a thank-you card.

All the packers & drivers were helpful, cheerful & polite. The estimate was very detailed. The packers did a great job wrapping some items.

The driver. He went 'above and beyond' to take care of us. He did everything he promised to. The driver was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The 3rd. party company was the one I had issues with. The crew with the driver was also very good.

The service was effortless and I appreciate the way they helped me out and everything arrived fine. There was no rep that visited my home because everything was last minute so I only spoke with someone over the phone but the service was quick and last minute but it was great.

They were quick to address my concerns via email & phone calls. The movers were excellent. Communications & cust service were great.

The care that they gave. They were friendly and took great effort with my belongings. They did really well with my wall unit. It is an expensive one. The same with my bedroom furniture. It came through well.

This is my second experience with North American when I've relocated. The driver and crew were respectful, nice, and displayed great customer service.

The delivery driver was great. Great crew; the best one I had. The reps were so helpful & the movers.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Arnoff, the moving company, delivered my items. The delivery team did call me once they were going to arrive. I was given a time frame from January 8th and the 19th. They came on the 21st of January.

Both crews were very friendly, effective. and knowledgeable. Also they were nice and knew exactly what they were doing.

The team that came was very professional. The gentleman who scoped out the project was very professional and they took care of our things. We had drop offs at 2 locations.

The overall performance was good. I was amazed w/ the how fast the crew worked and everything was done in good time.

The movers who came to do the move handled all my belongings with care. They did a really excellent job in moving my items from my old apartment to my new apartment.

I think it was the crew that unloaded my items, they were phenomenal and they did what ever we asked with a smile. The dresser drawers were packed full of clothing so the delivery people had trouble bringing the items up the stairs. It was heavy.

Vanlines was reliable, skilled, careful and on time. They did everything quickly and carefully. They also listened to my special requests.

The driver and the people that unpacked made everything really easy. He went above and beyond what was expected.

All the previous answers that I gave a 5 to sums up my overall satisifaction. Timelyness, courtenousness, professionalism, and care of my personal property all account for my score. I was contacted by the driver who called to verify the arrival.

The communication was great. I always knew what was going on and they took good care of my stuff. Diana my rep. took good care of me.

The care that they gave when they were loading my items and found out exactly what I wanted. The rep that was representing North American's local office was great.

Marc Peterson was very helpful. The driver and crews were very efficient and the driver that delivered my daughter's furniture really went out of his way as well. When my daughter was waiting for her furniture, there was a storm coming and the driver delivered and set up her furniture for her right before the storm came and she was so thrilled.

The team was on time, did what they were supposed to do and constantly stayed in communication with me.

I was very impressed with the local agent's efficiency and communication with me. On the receiving end I was impressed, he was very cooperative.

The professionalism of everyone that I had contact with from the agent, to the driver and his crew. They were all prompt, they keep in contact with you the beginning to the end of the move.

It was my first relocation and they arrived when they said they were going to, and packed everything up on time also.

I liked the communication that I had with Ryan Smith and Tracy. They helped me to feel comfortable with the move and they were phenomenal.

North American handled my move the right way. They were on time with their arrival, and they contacted me about the trip.

Communication was good. I was able to get hold of people who called, they came when they were supposed to, they delivered when they were supposed to, and everything was in good shape.

I like how easy they are to work with and they are very cooperative. I was given a 7 day time window for delivery pick-up. My items were picked up yesterday. I was also never given an exact delivery date time.

Even though the girl had overestimated the weight she resolved it very quickly. They were careful, everything got here on-time, and there was no breakage. The crew was really great. The rep grossly overestimated the weight. Jim and Teresa Willis did a great job with the delivery.

The driver is the main reason it went so well. T hey were really professional I would use them again tomorrow if I needed to, Delono was excellent.

My initial contact w/ the contractor; I liked his personality b/c I was so nervous & mentally distraught. The estimator assured me everything would be fine & gave follow up calls to check on me The estimator, Gordon Stuart, was very good and calmed me down.

I was very satisfied with the drivers. The drivers were careful and polite. I was told that an North American agent would pick up the empty boxes. North American wants to charge me $150 for the pick up of the empty boxes, which is ridiculous.

I was kept extremely informed with everything. On past moves, I had to call. I was informed when the truck would arrived and the whole process was smooth. The first rep was a little bit busy. I moved 3 or 4 times and this was so far the best driver. polite and extremely knowledgeable and he went above & beyond. If I move again I would ask for the same driver.

The way they conducted the sales, the way they tagged my furniture, and they helped me make the move as pleasant as it could be.

My experience was very pleasant, very quick, and very professional. There was good communication. All of these aspects of the move influenced my rating.

I have been very pleased. The crew from Lambert went out of their way to help me. Part of my move is going to storage and I received the other half already. I was impressed with the move.

I've never had a move that was so successful & great as this one. I would definitely recommend them 100%. They were fabulous people.

The cost is really good compared to others and the driver and the company were very qualified and efficient.

Everything was good with one exception. The surveyor was supposed to come out to weigh my goods. He was a now show, twice. He called & said he was on his way. No show. He did a phone estimate instead.

The driver and rep and the people who packed and who helped unload were very respectful and worked very hard.
