The team was very nice, did everything that I asked and worked very hard. I think that paper should have been put in drawers and cupboards to make sure things did not shift around. Everything happened as promised and everything was delivered and it seemed like good communication and organization. I would say that they were very personable and caring ppl. They told me if I had any concerns to speak up and this was not an easy load but they were capable. Overall, I didn't have any problems. The price was good and the driver and crew were willing to go to 2 destinations. The driver and crew never complained and did the job. I have used North American previously and I had good service each time. The driver & his partner, Jeff & John were the best. The crew was awesome. The crew was able to take care of a three day process in two days to accommodate me. The crew went above and beyond to take of our move. The level of service and professionalism, great customer service. Danny Hawse from Salt Lake City was superior. He went above and beyond his job. The delivery was smooth move. I didn't have to worry about anything. The crew was on time and did the job well. The professionalism of the entire crew. The crew arrived on time and they cared. Their overall attitude was good. Everyone was very friendly and had good demeanor. Based on the fact that my delivery was made on the first day of the time window. If it was on the last day it would've been lower.
