- The process was simple and professional. The original person who estimated the job was personable, professional and informative. The driver / packer and his crew was the best I've experienced in my 7 relocations. The move coordinator has been accessible and responsive.
- Rob, the driver was awesome to work with. Very easy to talk with, good job explaining the process. Some damage to our property.
- Victor did a very good job. Although our delivery was delayed by a day it worked out well for us and he and I agreed to push it back. He was willing to keep our promised day but the delay worked for us and made it easier for the crew to unload not having to work around another load.
- Initial contact with Jay Peterson, he was very informative about the process and professional in his approach. And Annie, the driver, very personable, explained everything she would do as part of the move and was in constant contact.
